There are many ways to serve and become more involved in the life of our churches. We welcome your gifts and passions, whether you prefer behind-the-scenes roles or more visible participation. Here are some opportunities to get involved:
If you love to sing and want to be part of our vibrant worship, consider joining our choir. We always welcome new voices to help lead our services in song.
We rely on volunteers to assist with sound, visual, and online services. Whether you’re tech-savvy or willing to learn, your help ensures that our worship is accessible to all.
If you feel called to play a more active role in our services, consider joining the team that helps lead worship through liturgy. This may include reading scripture, leading prayers, or assisting with communion.
We are committed to nurturing the faith of our younger members. Whether you’re helping with Sunday school, youth groups, or family events, your time and energy will make a real difference in their spiritual growth.
Volunteering with our Pastoral Care Team allows you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those who are sick, grieving, or in need of companionship.
If you’re interested in any of these opportunities or want to learn more, please contact the rector at rector@stsaviours-stmodocs.co.uk.
All volunteers working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults are required to undergo a PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) check. We take safeguarding seriously to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone in our church community.
